Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All items both domestic and international* are posted:

​

  • With a fully trackable service.

  • With insurance covering 'loss and damage' to the full value of the item.

  • With the royal mail and or Parcel Force, (other couriers will be used internationally*).

*For items being shipped internationally please contact me for a specific quote.

Please note although rare, in instances when a parcel is lost or damaged there are minimum waiting periods (usually 30 days) in order to activate claims.

Returns  Policy

Returns for electrical items are only accepted if:

 

  • The item is faulty.

  • The item is returned within 14 days of it being signed for.

  • The item is returned tracked and insured                      (postage recoverable). 

  • The item is not damaged.

​

Upon which a replacement or repair or full refund including return postage will be made.​

 

Returns and or refunds for non-electrical items are only accepted due to postage loss or damage.

​
